Tony Mitchell Maness

Tony Mitchell Maness, 73, of Lepanto, Arkansas departed this life on Monday, January 23, 2026, at Flo and Phil Jones Hospice House in Jonesboro, Arkansas. He was born on April 25, 1952, to A.J. Maness and Bonnie Jean Warren Maness in Dyess, Arkansas.

Tony was a member of Revival Center Church in Lepanto, He enjoyed the simple things in life and found happiness in mowing yards, skating, dancing and listening to music. Tony faced his illness with quiet strength. During this time he was lovingly cared for by his devoted family member, Misty Strickland and her husband Clurman.

He is preceded in death by his parents, and brother: Todd Maness.

Tony is survived by his cousin: Misty Strickland (Clurman) of Lepanto, Arkansas, and two nieces: Angela Duncan (Kevin) of Hot Springs, Arkansas and April Maness of Hot Springs, Arkansas.

Funeral services will be held at Delancey Funeral Home in Lepanto on Monday, February 9, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. and visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. til service time.

Burial will follow at Potter Memorial Cemetery in Lepanto.

Arrangements are under the care of Delancey Funeral Home in Lepanto.
