Thelma Louise Turner, 93, of Marked Tree, Arkansas, formerly of Malden, Missouri, departed this life on Thursday, February 16, 2017 in Jonesboro, Arkansas. She was born on April 6, 1923 to Edgar and Josie Roark.
She is preceded in death by her husband: Edward James Turner, daughter: Barbara Ann Blumenauer, parents, sisters: Lois Thomas, Ellen Sodders and Lorene Roark,
and a brother: Edgar Lewis Roark.
Thelma is survived by her son: Edward James Turner (Wendy) of Eureka Springs, 4 grandchildren: Todd, Chasedy, Amy and Alyson, and 9 great grandchildren.
Graveside service will be held Friday, February 24, 2017 at 11:00 AM at Marked Tree Cemetery.
Murphy Funeral Home, Marked Tree, Arkansas is in charge of the arrangements.
