Shirley Gill

Shirley Ann Crockett Gill, 68, of Tyronza, Arkansas departed this life on Saturday, May 20, 2017 at her home. She was born on June 7, 1948 in Tyronza, Arkansas to Cleo and Lillie Mae Malone Crockett. She was a member of Barton Chapel Baptist Church, enjoyed making flower arrangements and arts and crafts and loved spending time with her family.
Shirley is survived by her husband of 51 years: David Gill of Tyronza, Arkansas, son: David Brian Gill (Connie) of Tyronza, Arkansas, daughter: Staci Ferguson (David) of Tyronza, Arkansas, brother: Ronnie Crockett of Tyronza, Arkansas, sister: Callie Wilson of Marion, Arkansas, five grandchildren: Cameron Allison of Lake City, Arkansas, Brenna Ferguson of Marked Tree, Arkansas, Hanna Ferguson of Lepanto, Arkansas, Austin Gill of Camp Johnson, North Carolina and Ryder Gill of Tyronza, Arkansas and three great grandchildren: Adalynn Boon, Lainey Boon and Lynlee Hood.
She is preceded in death by her parents, brother: Carl Crockett and sister: Joyce Crockett.
Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, May 23, 2017 at 2:00pm at Barton Chapel Baptist Church.
The family will receive friends from 1:00pm until service time.
Interment will follow at Tyronza Cemetery.
Pallbearers: Shane Walker, Caleb Walker, Keith Allen Walker, Jimmie Young, Bryan Walker, David Hurst, Joshua Turner, D.J. Marrs and Caden Crockett.
Honorary Pallbearers: Mike Walker, Steve Walker, Keith Walker, Jeff Crockett, Cameron Allison, Austin Gill and Ryder Gill.
Murphy Funeral Home in Marked Tree in charge of arrangements.
