Roy Richard Coursey Sr.

Roy Richard Coursey Sr., 78, of Trumann, Arkansas departed this life on Thursday, June 5, 2025, at his home. He was born on January 5, 1947, in Lake City, Arkansas to Lawrence and Mable Caviness Coursey.

Richard enjoyed hunting, fishing, mechanical work, his guns and spending time with his family.

He is preceded in death by his parents, one daughter: Stacey Matney, three brothers: Frank Coursey, Howard Coursey and Dale Coursey, one sister: Pat Garcia and three grandchildren.

Richard is survived by his wife: Brenda Coursey of Trumann, two sons: Roy Richard Coursey Jr. (Brandy) of Trumann and Christopher Coursey of Trumann, two daughters: Theresa Trantham (Ray) of Trumann and Ticara Williams (Brian) of Wynne, twelve grandchildren, several great grandchildren and a host of other family and friends.

There will not be any services at this time.

Arrangements are under the care of Delancey Funeral Home in Marked Tree.
