Rodney Neal Brown

Rodney Neal Brown, 69, of Keiser, Arkansas departed this life on Friday, October 9, 2026, at his home. He was born on November 21, 1956, in San Bernardino, California, to Rosviell Lee and Maurine Julia Wakefield Brown. He worked for the City of Keiser as a Engineer for the water department, he loved sitting at the Mississippi River watching the tugboats, shooting guns at the lagoon, outdoor life and riding motorcycles and dirt bike.

He is preceded in death by his parents and one brother: Rosviell Lee Brown Jr.

Rodney is survived by two sisters: Rosalind Kelly (Larry) of Hesperia, California and Rhonda Brown of Hesperia, California, two nieces, five nephews and a host of other family and friends.

There will be no services at this time.

Arrangements are under the care of Delancey Funeral Home in Lepanto, Arkansas.
