Robert William Gross

Robert William Gross, 58, of Caraway, Arkansas departed this life on Friday July 31, 2026, at St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro, Arkansas. He was born on March 27, 1968, to Benny Deason and Freda Gross Tatum in Jonesboro, Arkansas.

He enjoyed playing video games, relaxing while watching television, spending time with his cats, and riding his motorcycle. Above all he loved his family and spending time with them. Robert will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

He is preceded in death by his parents, stepfather: Doss Tatum, his grandparents, aunt: Jo Roberts and uncle: Roy Ragsdale.

Robert is survived by his wife of thirty-three years: Cynthia Gross of the home, son: Cody Gross (Jessica) of Paragould, Arkansas, daughter: Rebecca Garner (Michael) of Brookland, Arkansas, step granddaughter: Trinity Shelby and a host of nieces, nephews, friends and family.

A funeral service will be held at Delancey Funeral Home in Lepanto, Arkansas on Tuesday, August 4, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. and visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.

Burial will follow service at Caraway Cemetery, Caraway, Arkansas.

Brother Josh Slaughter and Brother Jason Slaughter will officiate the service.

Arrangements are under the care of Delancey Funeral Home, Lepanto.
