Rickey Lynn McClain, 70, of Lepanto, Arkansas departed this life on Wednesday, August 12, 2026. He was born on November 3, 1955, in Lepanto to Willie Clyde McClain and Lur Elizabeth Austin McClain.

Rickey was a true outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was the kind of man who could build anything. His shed was one of his favorite places to spend time. His one and only grandson, Adam, held a very special place in his heart, and the time they shared together created memories that will be treasured forever. He enjoyed spending time with friends, but above all he especially valued the time spent with family.

He is preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and three sisters.

Rickey is survived by his wife of fifty-three years: Debbie McClain of the home, two sons: Jason and Matthew McClain both of Lepanto, one grandson: Adam McClain (Maci) of Lepanto, one brother: Timmy McClain of Marked Tree, two sisters: Mary Peridore of Lepanto and Ruth of Iowa and his loyal dog: Trip.

Rickey will be missed by all those who knew him and loved him.
