He is preceded in death by his mother and grandfather: Thomas Kroepfl.
Richard is survived by his grandmother: Catherine W. Kroepfl of North Little Rock, Arkansas, father: Danny Duke (Donna) of Laporte, Indiana, brother: Joseph Duke of Maryland, sister: Dana Ashley Duke of Indiana, uncle: Thomas Kroepfl of Little Rock, Arkansas, aunt: Linda Tate of North Little Rock, Arkansas and niece: Emily Rose Duke.
