Peggy Ann Fine

Peggy Ann Fine, 60, of Caraway, Arkansas departed this life on Friday, January 30, 2026 at her home. She was born on June 12, 1965 in Dyess, Arkansas to Bobby Joe Rowland and Helen Jean Townson Rowland.

Peggy enjoyed the simple things in life. She found joy and pride in being a grandmother. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her son: James Edward Rowland, husband: David Glen May, her parents Bobby and Helen Rowland, three sisters: JoAnn Bowman, April Wilbanks and Elma Jean May, brother: Bobby Don Rowland, and the father of her children: James Matthew Fine, Sr.

Peggy is survived by one son: James Matthew Fine, Jr. (Jennifer) of Caraway, two daughters: Jassica Ann Fine (Danny Weaver) of Caraway, and Chelsea Janice Fine, three brothers: Howard “Buddy” Rowland of Lepanto, Don Rowland (Carol) of Bondsville, and Wayne Rowland (Becky), five sisters: Jean Ann Barnes (Bobby Pilgrim) of Lepanto, Virginia Copeland (Jerry) of Bondsville, Laura Long (Gerald Dobbins) of Dyess, Bobbie Sue Tirado of Texas and Patsy Graham (Charles) of Jonesboro, eight grandchildren: Rylie Nicole Fine, Ayden Matthew Fine, Bella Grace Fine, Gunner Chase Fine, Briah Carroll, Brianna Carroll, Leeland Matthew Blair and Wesley Gene Eaton.

Funeral services will be announced at a later date.

Brother Daniel Nooner will officiate the service.
