PaMella Martin

PaMella Gay “Pug” Martin, 67, of Wynne, Arkansas, departed this life, Monday, November 2, 2020 at her home.  She was born on August 20, 1953 in Wynne, Arkansas to Thurman and Virginia Nesler Aston.

She was as member of Feltner Assembly of God in Cherry Valley, Arkansas.  She was a schoolteacher for many years and enjoyed crafts, attending auctions and spending time with her grandkids and other family members.  She loved all kids.

PaMella is preceded in death by her father: Thurman Aston, step-father: Pat Russell, Sister in law: Billie Jo Russell, God daughter: Rebecca Nichols, God son: Jerrod Nichols, infant twin sisters, Paternal Grandparents: Garland and Myrtie Aston and Maternal Grandparents: O.A. and Virgie Nesler.

She is survived by her husband of 39 years: Tommy Martin of the home, her mother: Virginia Russell of Wynne, Arkansas, two sons: Windell Allen, Jr. (Bridgett) of Augusta, Arkansas and Tommy Martin, Jr. (Casey) of Cherry Valley, Arkansas, , two brothers: Pat Russell, Jr. (Amy) of Trumann, Arkansas and Sadolph Russell (Samantha) of Wynne, Arkansas, one sister: Retha Beshears (Don) of Wynne, Arkansas, four grandchildren: Brittany Yeager, Landon Martin, Leigha Martin, Melanie Cox, one great granddaughter: Amelia Yeager, a host of nieces and nephews, one God Daughter: Katelyn Shaw of Wynne, Arkansas and a special friend: Martha Gadberry.

Funeral service will be held Saturday, November 7, 2020 at 2:00 pm and Visitation will be Friday, November 6, 2020 from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm at Feltner Assembly of God in Cherry Valley, Arkansas.  Interment will follow service at Lewis Cemetery in Hickory Ridge, Arkansas.  Brother Tony Busby and Brother John Williams will be officiating the service.

Memorials may be made to Feltner Assembly of God in Cherry Valley, Arkansas.
