Linda Bezzard

Linda Bezzard, 79, of Lepanto, Arkansas went to be with the Lord, surrounded by her family, on Thursday, July 17, 2025. She was born on July 31, 1945 in Lepanto, Arkansas to Orville Pilgrim and Gladys Pennington Pilgrim. She was a vibrant soul who truly loved life and had a passion for singing and dancing. Her talent took her to stages at local festivals and even to Nashville, Tennessee where she recorded her music. A proud member of the Church of God faith, she loved the Lord with all her heart, spent time studying the Bible, and was a true friend to everyone she met. She was a skilled cosmetologist and owned Linda’s Beauty Shop in Lepanto, where she made many feel beautiful by doing their hair and makeup. She enjoyed shopping, traveling, and eating out, especially at Olive Garden. Known for her sharp sense of direction, she never needed a GPS and could read a map like a pro. Linda loved her family deeply and played a meaningful role in helping to raise her nieces and nephews. Whether family or friends, she was the life of the party, always laughing, always giving, and always full of love. She will be dearly missed by all who were blessed to know her.

She is preceded in death by her husband: Odell Bezzard, her parents, one sister: Nellie Ruth Vickery and four brothers: L.C. Pilgrim, Howard Pilgrim, J.D. Pilgrim and Bob Pilgrim

Linda is survived by her daughter: Brandi Raney of Lake City, Arkansas, granddaughter: Ashton Raney and great grandson: Kayson both of Lepanto, Arkansas.

A Celebration of Linda’s Life will be held Saturday, July 19, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. and visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. at Delancey Funeral Home in Lepanto.

Interment will follow at Potter Memorial Cemetery in Lepanto.

Jeff Miles will officiate the service.
