Kathy "Mimi" Tyler

Kathy “Mimi” Tyler, 69, of Lepanto, Arkansas departed this life on Wednesday, October 14, 2020 in Jonesboro, Arkansas.  She was born on August 6, 1951 to Luther and Pearl Marie Harvey Laden.  Kathy was Southern Baptist and she was baptized on May 10, 1981.  She was an amazing Mimi and loved her grandchildren more than anything.  She enjoyed cooking, reading and spending time with her family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents, five brothers: Danny, Freddy, Othie, Bobby and Bill Laden, one grandchild: Braiden Tyler, one great grandchild: Brylan Mason, one nephew: Jerry Laden and one niece: Donna Wilson.

Kathy is survived by her husband of 50 years: Charles Tyler Sr. of Lepanto, one son: Charles Tyler Jr. (Heather) of Lepanto, five daughters: Stephanie Brewer of Jonesboro, Susan Tyler (Gary Gray) of Lepanto, Nicole Spencer of Lepanto, Casey Miller (Brian Oakes) of Lepanto and Tiffany Stone (Weston) of Lepanto, four brothers: Jimmy Laden (Cheryl) of Lepanto, Ricky Laden (Ramona) of Lepanto, Junior Laden (Janet) of Harrisburg and George Laden of Lepanto, three sisters: Mary Russell (Jimmy) of Etowah, Lillie Prince (Eulis) of Etowah and Linda Mills of Huntsville, Alabama, thirteen grandchildren: Halie and Cody Tyler, Taylor Allen, Dylan Mason, Julia Stutts, Allison Tyler, Abigail Sanders, Bella Gray, Johnathan Spencer, Rebecca, Kenley, Caroline and J.D. Miller, eight great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and a host of other family and friends.

Graveside service will be held Tuesday, October 20, 2020 at 2:00p.m. at Garden Point Cemetery in Etowah, Arkansas.

Arrangements are under the care of Delancey-Murphy Funeral Home in Lepanto, Arkansas.

Due to Covid-19 mask must be worn at all times while in the funeral home, at the graveside and during all services.  You must provide you own mask.  Arkansas Department of Health requires everyone who is attending services to sign the contract tracing form.  The funeral home staff will oversee to make sure these guidelines are being followed.  Thank you for your cooperation.
