Charles Douglas Skipper, 65, of Jonesboro, Arkansas departed this life on Monday, February 1, 2022 in Jonesboro, Arkansas. He was born on April 11, 1956 in Harrisburg, Arkansas to Charles William and Lula Maydell Rich Skipper.
He is preceded in death by his parents, grandparents: Frank Skipper, Lillie Huffmaster Skipper, Lessie Meeks and one sister: Thearsa Skipper.
Charles is survived by his wife of 32 years: Carrie Skipper of Jonesboro, Arkansas, three sons: Charles William Franklin Skipper and Heather of Harrisburg, Arkansas, Caleb Skipper and Taylor of North Little Rock, Arkansas and Josh Skipper and Linda of Jonesboro, Arkansas, one daughter: Sharleenia Winfrey and Chris of Hoxie, Arkansas, one sister: Gail Metz of Marked Tree, Arkansas, one brother: Neil King of Mt. Pleasant, Tennessee, seven grandchildren: Destiny Skipper, Chandler Skipper, Makayla Skipper, Wyatt Winfrey, Ethan Winfrey, Owen Winfrey and Sawyer Winfrey and a host of other family and friends.
Visitation will be held Friday, February 11, 2022 from 6:00p.m. to 8:00p.m. at Delancey Funeral Home in Marked Tree, Arkansas.
Funeral service will be held Saturday, February 12, 2022 at 10:00a.m. at Delancey Funeral Home in Marked Tree, Arkansas.
Interment will follow at Marked Tree Cemetery in Marked Tree, Arkansas.
Arrangements are under the care of Delancey Funeral Home in Lepanto, Arkansas.
Masks are required and you must provide your own mask.
