Charles is survived by his daughter: Pamela Hamm of Walls, Mississippi, Step Daughter: Sharon Norris of Heth, Arkansas, Step Son: David Williams of Memphis, Tennessee, Brother: Clyde Milner of Mississippi, 2 Sisters: Florene Free of Lepanto, Arkansas and Jenny Mae Valdez of West Helena, Arkansas, 18 Grandchildren and 20 Great Grandchildren.
