Carl Dewayne Smith, 61, of Lepanto, Arkansas departed this life on Monday, December 15, 2025. He was born on December 7, 1964 in Trumann, Arkansas to Robert Smith and Janie Stewart Martin Smith.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

Carl is survived by his daughter: Fonda Smith of Lepanto, Arkansas, his son: Craig Smith (Terrika) of Jonesboro, Arkansas, two sisters: Debbie Lowry (Tharon) of New Franklin, Missouri and Patty McCullar of Crescent City, California, one brother: Kyle Smith of Lepanto, Arkansas, step-mom: Mildred Smith of Lepanto, Arkansas, granddaughter: Olivia Rossell of Lepanto, Arkansas and grandson: Caleb Smith of Jonesboro, Arkansas.
