Billie Harris Barton

Billie Mae Harris Barton, 76, of Millington, Tennessee departed this life on Sunday July 18, 2021 at Methodist University Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee.  She was born to Charlie and Charlene Clifton Harris on September 3, 1944 in Marked Tree, Arkansas.

Billie was of the Baptist faith and worked as a cashier at Kroger.  Her grandchildren were her life.  She was an avid Razorback’s fan and loved watching old movies, especially John Wayne.

She is preceded in death by her parents.

Billie is survived by one son: Jeff Barton (Lisa) of Bartlett, Tennessee, one daughter Lisa Godsey (Danny) of Millington, Tennessee, three sisters: Diane Mitchell of Memphis, Tennessee, Linda Noe of Covington, Tennessee and Cindy Yeager of Millington, Tennessee, two grandchildren: Zach and Rachel Barton.

Graveside service will be held at Marked Tree Cemetery, Marked Tree, AR on July 27, 2021 at 10:00 a.m.
